.500 Jeffery: This is a wonderful cartridge that is very versatile. This cartridge is capable of incredible power and accuracy when loaded with today’s powders and quality components. Most ammunition manufacturers load this cartridge to 1930 and 40’s specs.  This cartridge is a true powerhouse and should seriously be considered for anyone wanting to build an accurate and extremely powerful hunting rifle!
