7mm STW (Shooting Times Westerner) – This is a fantastic big Game 7mm (.284 Caliber) hunting cartridge. Most people don’t understand how versatile this wonderful round really is! This cartridge can be loaded at a (requested) lower velocity and pressure. This allows this cartridge to perform in the .280 AI, 7mm PRC & 7mm Rem Mag envelope but exhibiting less felt recoil than those cartridges due to lower overall pressure. When this cartridge is pushed to its top performance levels it will perform on par with the 7mm Weatherby Magnum, 28 Nosler & 7mm RUM. We can tailor this cartridge’s performance to match your upcoming hunt(s) requirements.
