.445 SUPERMAGNUM – This cartridge is an absolutely fantastic, fully capable cartridge. In fact, this round is one of our founder and CEO’s favorite hunting cartridge. To simplify this cartridge for the average person that may or may not be familiar with the .445. This cartridge is a ,444 Remington Magnum with approximately 40% more powder capacity. Think of this round as a .44 Magnum with a 100 to 150 yards more usable range. In other words, it’s just slightly flatter shooting.
