The .460 Rowland cartridge paired with the right bullet and powder dose, is at home hunting Game such as deer and Elk as well as big bears. *150 Gr. Cutting Edge-Raptor: This bullet is perfect for medium game and or personal defense situations. Large wound channel and deep penetration for its lighter for caliber weight!

*200 Gr. Cutting Edge-Copper Solid: This bullet is for the hunter looking for straight-line, bone crushing penetration on both big & heavy Game animals.

*240 Gr. Hornady-(Mag)-XTP: This bullet is a hidden gem; it was originally designed for the .454 and .460 Magnum. When shot from this much lower velocities, these rounds exhibit very controlled expansion and extremely deep penetration. In fact, it operates very similar to a Swift-A/Frame bullet.

*280 Gr. Hard cast Alloy – FP: This bullet actually weights closer to 285 grains and delivers massive energy and freight train penetration. Perfect for those wanting heavy bullets and moderate ranges for things like Moose hunting or trail defense.

*305 Gr. Hard Cast Alloy-SWC: This load was developed due to extremely popular demand for a super-heavy “Subsonic” round. This load utilizes the .45 Super case for added OAL clearance. This load is much like our 285-grain hard cast offering with the exception of a few more grains and a semi-wad-cutter design. This is a more “blunt force” penetrating bullet for up close and personal heavy Game such as bear defense.
